At ACSIS Life Coaching, we are committed to making our website as accessible, inclusive, and easy to use as possible for everyone. We want all visitors to be able to access our content and services without barriers, regardless of ability, assistive technology, or device.

We view accessibility as an ongoing responsibility. We continually work to improve the usability and accessibility of www.acsis.co.uk and any related member areas we provide.

 

Our commitment to accessibility

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA standard, which is an internationally recognised benchmark for accessible digital content.

We also recognise our responsibility to make reasonable adjustments so disabled people are not placed at a substantial disadvantage when using our services.

How accessible this website is

We aim for a high standard of accessibility across the site. In practice, some parts of the website and certain documents may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If you experience any difficulty, please contact us and we will do our best to provide the information you need in an alternative way.

  • Periodic reviews of older pages and documents to bring them up to current best practice
     

Known limitations

While we work to make the entire website accessible, some elements may still present challenges:

    Some downloadable documents (for example PDFs) may not yet be fully optimised for screen readers, reflow, or keyboard-only navigation.
     

  2. Third-party services and embedded content

    Some third-party features (for example embedded widgets, booking components, or external platforms) may have accessibility limitations that are outside of our direct control.
     

  3. Older content

    Some older pages, images, or formatting may not meet current best practices. We are reviewing and improving these over time.

If you need content in an alternative format (for example accessible text, large print, or a more screen-reader-friendly version), we can provide this where reasonably possible.
