Is this counselling or therapy
No. Coaching is future focused and action oriented. We may touch on your past for context, but the main focus is on what you want to change and how you move forward. If therapy would be more appropriate, we will always say so.
Where are sessions held
Most of our life coaching for individuals is delivered online, so you can join from anywhere in the UK. In person options may be available for specific projects or locations by agreement.
Is everything confidential
We combine military-informed resilience training, professional confidence coaching, and sustainability-driven personal growth. Our UK-wide online coaching sessions help clients build purpose, mental strength, and long-term clarity in both personal and professional life.
Do I need to be in the military to work with you
No. We coach civilians, professionals, leaders, students and parents, as well as serving personnel, leavers and veterans.
How many sessions will I need
That depends on your goals. Some people work with us for 3 to 6 sessions around a specific decision or transition. Others choose longer term coaching across a year or more. We will discuss options on your free call.
How much does life coaching cost
We keep our pricing transparent. Individual life coaching sessions in the UK typically start from £X per session, with options for block bookings and tailored programmes depending on your needs and circumstances. Military, veteran and forces family clients may also access specific packages. We will always talk through pricing on your free call so you can make a clear, informed decision without pressure.
