Do you work only with military organisations

No. We work with a mix of commercial businesses, charities, public sector teams and military aligned organisations across the UK. Our military experience means we are particularly strong in defence related environments, but the principles apply across sectors.

How long does a typical programme last

That depends on your goals. Some clients bring us in for a focused intervention such as a leadership away day plus follow up coaching. Others partner with us across six to twelve months for culture or leadership development programmes. We will explore options in your discovery call.

How much does team and organisation coaching cost
