ACSIS Life Coaching – Virtual Session Policy

1. Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system.

• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. We accept [list payment methods].

• If you require an invoice for business purposes, please request this at the time of booking.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment via our booking system.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Session Format & Expectations

• Sessions are held on Google Meet, and a link will be sent to you after booking.

• Please ensure a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection for the session.

• Sessions are confidential, except where required by law (e.g. risk of harm to self or others).

5. Code of Conduct

• Life coaching is a professional service and must be treated with respect.

• Abusive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate session termination with no refund.

6. Disclaimer

• Life coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling or medical advice. If you require mental health or medical support, we encourage you to seek help from a qualified professional.

• By booking a session, you acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and results depend on individual effort and action.

Terms and Conditions for Blue Light Card Discount
1.    Eligibility:
The Blue Light Card discount is available exclusively to verified holders of a valid Blue Light Card. 
   
2.    Discount:
The discount provides 20% off the listed price of services provided by ACSIS. The discount cannot be applied to any other offers, promotions, or bundled services unless explicitly stated.
   
3.    Non-transferable:
The Blue Light Card discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the verified cardholder. It cannot be shared, exchanged, or used by anyone other than the registered individual.
   
4.    Booking:
The Blue Light Card discount applies only to new bookings made via the ACSIS website or through direct contact with the team.

5.    Refunds and Cancellations:
If a booking using the Blue Light Card discount is cancelled or refunded, the original terms of the discount will no longer apply. Any refund will be issued based on the total paid amount.

6.    Limitations:
The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional codes.

7.    Amendments:
ACSIS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be made available on the ACSIS website.

8.    General:
By using the Blue Light Card discount, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the discount.
