This isn’t just support, it’s your turning point. If you’re tired of surface‑level fixes and circling the same challenges, this eight‑session package is where real change begins. Across intensive work with Sam or Lloyd, you’ll dig into the beliefs, habits, and patterns that keep you stuck, and finally move beyond them. This is for the person who knows something has to shift. Together, we’ll map out your next chapter with clarity and direction. You’ll strengthen your mindset, build emotional resilience, and let go of what no longer serves you. Whether you’re navigating career pressure, confidence blocks, purpose, or persistent overwhelm, this is where you stop coping and start leading your life forward. Real growth requires real commitment. You bring that; everything else, we’ll build together.
Cancellation Policy
ACSIS Life Coaching – Virtual Session Policy 1. Booking & Payment • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. We accept [list payment methods]. • If you require an invoice for business purposes, please request this at the time of booking. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment via our booking system. • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. 3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows • If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 4. Session Format & Expectations • Sessions are held on Google Meet, and a link will be sent to you after booking. • Please ensure a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection for the session. • Sessions are confidential, except where required by law (e.g. risk of harm to self or others). 5. Code of Conduct • Life coaching is a professional service and must be treated with respect. • Abusive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate session termination with no refund. 6. Disclaimer • Life coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling or medical advice. If you require mental health or medical support, we encourage you to seek help from a qualified professional. • By booking a session, you acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and results depend on individual effort and action. 7. Eligibility We currently do not facilitate life coaching sessions or offer 1-to-1 coaching for individuals under 18 years of age. 8.
