Cancellation Policy

ACSIS Life Coaching – Virtual Session Policy 1. Booking & Payment • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. We accept [list payment methods]. • If you require an invoice for business purposes, please request this at the time of booking. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment via our booking system. • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. 3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows • If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 4. Session Format & Expectations • Sessions are held on Google Meet, and a link will be sent to you after booking. • Please ensure a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection for the session. • Sessions are confidential, except where required by law (e.g. risk of harm to self or others). 5. Code of Conduct • Life coaching is a professional service and must be treated with respect. • Abusive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate session termination with no refund. 6. Disclaimer • Life coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling or medical advice. If you require mental health or medical support, we encourage you to seek help from a qualified professional. • By booking a session, you acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and results depend on individual effort and action. 7. Eligibility We currently do not facilitate life coaching sessions or offer 1-to-1 coaching for individuals under 18 years of age. 8.
